NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following transactions of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Long-Term Incentive Plan Award release:

On 23 November 2021, a conditional award of 29,082 Shares granted under The Compass Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan 2018, to Mr Palmer Brown as a member of the Compass leadership team, prior to him becoming a PDMR, vested in accordance with its associated performance conditions. 13,040 Shares were sold to meet the associated tax and social security obligations. Mr Brown will retain the balance of 16,042 Shares which will count toward his shareholding guideline requirement as an executive director of the Company. Details of the transactions are set out below:
