                              Change to the Board


Comland is please to announce today that the following appointment has been made
to its Board:

Simon Kennedy Funnell, aged 41, was appointed as a Director of the Company with
effect from 18 February 2002.  Simon is a Chartered Surveyor who prior to
joining Comland was a partner at Brown & Merry Commercial where he specialised
in property development and investment consultancy.

The Comland Board believes that this appointment will strengthen the Company's
senior management.

Save as disclosed above there are no further disclosures to be made in
accordance with Rule 15 and schedule 2 (f) of the AIM Rules.
