                           Voting Rights and Capital



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6,
Comland Commercial hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued capital
comprises 4,556,520 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which are admitted to
trading on AIM and which carry voting rights.



The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.



The above figure of 4,556,520 for shares in the Company carrying voting rights
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, Comland Commercial under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
