In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Computacenter plc has today submitted to
the Financial Services Authority two copies of the following documents:
- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007
- Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 May 2008
These documents are also available on the Computacenter website at
http://production.investis.com/ccenter.
These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at: The Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2008 includes a resolution to adopt new
Articles of Association. Copies of the proposed new Articles of Association have
been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure
and Transparency Rule 6.1.2 and are also available for inspection at the
Company's London office, which is located at Computacenter House, 93-101
Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8HL, up until the conclusion of the AGM.
