Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for block listings totalling
10,565,000 Ordinary shares of 6p each ('shares'), to trade on the London Stock
Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. When issued,
these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the following schemes:
