On 10 May 2006, in accordance with the rules of the Performance Share Plan 2005
(the Company's LTIP), the Company granted conditional awards, over ordinary
shares of 5p each, to the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility
(PDMR)

The release of the awards to participant is dependent upon the satisfaction of
performance conditions, based on the Group's annual adjusted earnings per share
growth, over three consecutive financial years, starting on 1 January 2006 and
ending on 31 December 2008.
