On 13 December 2007, Computacenter Plc was notified that Mike Norris, a Director
of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 144,772 ordinary shares at a
price of 171.4p and that Tony Conophy, a Director of the Company, had on the
same day, purchased 289,543 ordinary shares at a price of 171.4p.


Following these transactions, Mike Norris's beneficial holding in the Company is
1,204,158 ordinary shares (representing 0.758% of the issued share capital) and
Tony Conophy's beneficial holding in the Company is 1,758,505 ordinary shares
(representing 1.106% of the issued share capital).
