On 1 December 2008, Computacenter plc was notified that Ian Lewis, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 68.50p, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.  

Following this transaction, Ian Lewis' beneficial holding in the Company is 45,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.029% of the issued share capital.
