On 7 November 2008, Computacenter plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 94.75p.  

Following this transaction, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 200,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital.
