Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a) and
3.1.4R (1) (b)
On 31 May 2007, Computacenter Plc was notified that Philip Hulme, a
non-executive director of the Company, had on the same day, transferred
1,000,000 ordinary shares to the Hadley Trust for nil consideration. The Hadley
Trust is a charitable trust, of which Philip Hulme is a Trustee. This transaction
represented approximately 0.6% of the issued share capital. Following this
transaction, Philip Hulme's beneficial holding in the Company is 19,291,770
ordinary shares (representing 12% of the Company's issued share capital).
