Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons
This is to advise you that the following directors of Computacenter plc were,
today, granted share options under the Company's Performance Related Share
Option Scheme in the amounts and on the terms listed below.
In all cases the options are over the Company's ordinary 5p shares with an
exercise price of £3.22 (being the closing mid-market price on Tuesday 9th April
2002) per share option. Nil consideration was paid for the grant of these
options.

Performance Criteria
Options become exercisable if the average annual compound growth in the
Company's earnings per share (on a pre-exceptional, post investment in the
Biomni joint venture, fully diluted basis) compared to the base year of 2001, is
at least equal to RPI plus 5% in any of the three, four or five year periods up
to and including 2004, 2005 or 2006, respectively.
