                              Directors' Dealings

The following Director of the Company has today exercised mature share options
granted in 1996 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme,
over the number of 5p ordinary shares stated below:

Following this exercise, Mr Hulme has today sold 412,762  5p ordinary shares at
265.9858p per share.  The proceeds from this disposal will, in part, be used to
finance the costs of exercise and to meet the tax liability arising on the
exercise of the options.

Following this transaction the interest of Mr Hulme in the ordinary share
capital of  Computacenter plc remains unchanged at 41,862,764 shares (22.56%).
