Computacenter plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider, announces
that Ghislain Lescuyer has today resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the
Company.

Ron Sandler, Chairman of Computacenter said:

'Ghislain is relocating to Los Angeles following a change in his role at his
employer, Thomson SA, and he will therefore no longer be able to fulfil his
Board responsibilities for Computacenter. We are immensely grateful to Ghislain
for the contribution he has made to the Group and are sorry to see him leave.
The Board is of course aware of the requirements of the Combined Code with
regard to its structure and this is under review by the Nomination Committee.'
