Non-Executive Board Appointment
Computacenter plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider, announces
the appointment of Dr. Ian J Lewis as a Non-Executive Director of the Company
with effect from 15 June 2006.
Ian Lewis, aged 45, is currently Director of the University Computing Service at
the University of Cambridge. During his career he has held a number of senior
positions, including First Vice President and Global Chief Technology Officer of
Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking and Sales division. He was previously
Director and Global CTO at Dresder Kleinwort Wasserstein Investment Banking and
Vice President, European Head of Technology Services at Morgan Stanley. Ian
Lewis has a PhD from the University of Cambridge and BSc (Hons.) degree from
Queen Mary College at the University of London.
