                  NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST OF DIRECTORS

Letter To:  Company Announcements Office

This is to advise that Computacenter Plc has recently established a qualifying
employee share ownership trust ('QUEST') for use with its employee SAYE scheme
('Scheme'). The following directors are participants in the Scheme and therefore
have an interest in the shares held by the QUEST although of course
this is strictly limited to the amounts saved by them as individuals on a
monthly basis in accordance with the Scheme rules.

Currently the Quest holds 497,560 shares

Please note also that a further employee Trust, Computacenter Trustees Limited
('CTL') which also holds shares for use in Computacenter's employee share 
schemes and in which the above named directors therefore have an interest has
had to release 138 shares following the death of staff and currently holds
418,295 shares.

Finally, please also note that an employee share ownership plan ('ESOP') exists
in which shares are held for various directors and employees including the above
directors and for the following directors as well:

Peter James Ogden

The ESOP has released 1,720,000 shares during the year and currently holds 
3,333,595 shares.

I wish to emphasize that for all three schemes the directors are not the sole
beneficiaries and do not therefore have a beneficial interest in all of the 
shares held in the various trusts. This letter is therefore for technical
compliance purposes only.
