Mike Norris, Chief Executive of Computacenter, yesterday
exercised options over 100,000 Computacenter ordinary shares
at an exercise price of 25p per ordinary share and has today
disposed of these shares at a price of £10.10 per share. The
proceeds from this disposal will, in part, be used to meet the
tax liability arising on the exercise of these options and the
principal required for the 800,000 options exercised last
week. Mike Norris has retained the 800,000 ordinary shares
arising on the exercise of options last week.
Mike Norris' shareholding in Computacenter remains unchanged
at 1,677,314 ordinary shares (0.919% of Computacenter's issued
share capital).
