Notification of Interest in Shares



Computacenter Plc was advised on 27 August 2003, by letter dated 22 August
2003, that Schroders Investment Management Limited continues to have an
interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company but that interest has
ceased to be a notifiable interest for the purposes of Part VI of the
Companies Act 1985, since it represents less than 10% of the ordinary share
capital.
