New Terms of Trade with Primary Vendor
Computacenter Plc, the European IT infrastructure services provider, announces
today that it has substantially concluded annual negotiations with its primary
vendor, for the period commencing 30th November 2004 to 31st October 2005. The
new terms and conditions of trade between the two companies are likely to reduce
Computacenter's profitability in the UK, by approximately £9 million over this
time period, although this final outcome will depend upon actual sales volumes
achieved.
