Result of EGM
Computacenter plc, the IT infrastructure and services provider, is pleased to
announce that at an Extraordinary General Meeting held today, approval was given
by shareholders for the acquisitions of GE CompuNet in Germany and GECITS
Austria from GE on the terms stated in the circular to shareholders dated 5
December 2002. German regulatory clearance has been received and Austrian
regulatory clearance is expected shortly. Computacenter intends to complete the
acquisitions on 2 January 2003.
