In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Company
hereby notifies the market of the following:

As of 31 March 2008, the Company's capital consists of 154,802,420 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 6p each, with voting rights. The Company does not
hold any shares in Treasury

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 154,
802,420.

This figure of 154,802,420 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Computacenter plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
