This announcement replaces the announcement released at 7.25am on 
24 January 2008 (RNS number 4186M).

Further to the announcement released on 10 January 2008 the company has, on 23
January 2008, purchased a further  107,000 shares for cancellation, at an
average share price of 151.13p. Following the above purchases the total number 
of ordinary shares in issue will be 156,492,420. The Company does not hold any
shares in Treasury.
