Transaction in Own Shares

Computacenter plc (the 'Company') announces that it has resumed the share
buyback programme, announced on 23 November  2007.  On 3 April 2008, the Company
purchased a further 66,000 shares for cancellation, at an average share price of
183.04p. Following the above purchases the total number of ordinary shares in
issue will be 154,736,420. The Company  does not hold any shares in Treasury.
