                                 AGM Statement



At today's Annual General Meeting Michael Collins, Chairman, Concurrent
Technologies Plc, which designs, produces and markets single board computers
known as Multibus II, CompactPCI(R) and VME, made the following comments:

'Despite tough market conditions, I am pleased to report that trading in the
current financial year has commenced well, with turnover higher than in the same
period last year.

'The defence sector continues to be buoyant and we are well positioned to
exploit the increasing number of opportunities that are becoming available.

'There is also growing demand for dual processor computer boards, which we have
addressed through the recently announced introduction to our product range of a
board based on dual Intel Xeon processors.

'Concurrent is in excellent shape and we look forward to tackling the challenges
over the coming year.'
