Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'Company') announces, that on 15 April 2008,
the following Directors were each granted, as noted below, ordinary share
options in the Company all at an exercise price of 39.5p per share. These
options have an exercise period of between three and ten years and are
conditional on an average weighted compound earnings per share growth of a
minimum of 5% per annum:
