Director/PDMR Shareholding
Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products, for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, transportation, telecommunications, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been informed that David Evans-Hughes, a director of the Company, yesterday transferred 85,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') from certificated form to a nominee company for nil consideration.
The transfer has no effect on Mr Evans-Hughes' total beneficial shareholding which remains unchanged and he continues to hold 878,206 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
