                           Directors' share purchase


Concurrent Technologies Plc (the 'company') has today received notification of
three Directors' share purchases:  Ms J B Annear, Director and Mr D
Evans-Hughes, Director, have each purchased 11,600 ordinary shares in the
company and Mr G Fawcett, Managing Director has purchased 11,800 ordinary shares
in the company.



The price paid for all three purchases was 13.57 pence per share and the
transaction date was 3rd March 2003.
