Concurrent Technologies plc ('the Company') announces that it has received
notification today from Liontrust that it has a revised notifiable interest in
8,693,900 Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing approximately 11.96% of the
current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company also announces that it received notification today from Gartmore
Investment Management plc, that Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore Fund
Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners have a notifiable interest in
8,399,565 Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing approximately 11.554% of the
current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  These shares are held as
