Confirmation of Results Date, Analyst Presentation

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer systems for critical applications, will publish its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on Wednesday 21^st June 2023.

CEO Miles Adcock comments: "Like many public companies, our audit timetable has been protracted compared to previous years. This is due to our Company auditor's request for additional time to complete its internal oversight and assurance processes before issuing its formal audit opinion. However, the audit process, which has been diligently led by our CFO in her first year, is now substantially complete. We look forward to updating the market shortly on our FY2022 results, as well as the positive progress we are making strategically. 

Our trading performance in the current year is in line with current market expectations, and we see potential to improve further as supply recovers. With two consecutive years of record order intake, and strong order intake year-to-date, we expect that the improvements in global component availability will enable our business to transition into a period of growth in 2024 and beyond."
