Retirement of Director

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, announces that its former Chairman Michael Collins has given notice that he intends to retire as a director and from the Board on 30th September 2020. He has been a Director since 1987 and, until the last AGM, had been Chairman for 31 years.

Michael has been instrumental in the development of the Company, from its formation in the early days through its IPO to its current status as an established public company. His contribution has helped the Company to achieve key milestones and he has overseen and supported the organisation through successful as well as challenging times. 

Jane Annear, CEO, commented: "I am extremely grateful to Michael for his support and encouragement over the years, and especially since I was appointed CEO in May 2019. His advice and guidance during this time has been invaluable to me."
