CIM Special Situations Fund Limited

The Company was notified on 7 November 2006 that CIM Special Situations Fund
Limited (formerly Perinvest Special Situations Fund Limited) had purchased
500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company on 11
October 2006.


Following the purchase, CIM Special Situations Fund Limited has an interest in
5,600,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.3% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.




Oracle Management Limited

The Company was notified on 6 November 2006 that Oracle Management Limited had
purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 1 November 2006.


Following the purchase, Oracle Management Limited has an interest in 5,250,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.0% of the total
issued share capital of the Company
