The Company was notified on 13th December 2007 that Majedie Investments plc had
disposed of 11,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 11th December 2007.
Following this disposal, Majadie Investments no longer has a notifiable interest
in the Company.


The Company was notified on 13th December 2007 that City Equities Ltd had
purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 11th December 2007.
Following this purchase City Equities Ltd has an interest in 10,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.67% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
