The Company was notified on 18 December 2007 that City Equities Ltd had disposed
of 9,012,500 ordinary shares in the Company to certain of its private customers
on 17 and 18 December 2007. Following this disposal, City Equities Ltd no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company.
