                        Placing of new Ordinary Shares

The Company has raised £750,000 before expenses by way of a placing of 7,500,000
new Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each at 10 pence each.

The placees are Societe Privee de Gestion de Patrimoine and Artemis Investment
Management.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange plc and dealings are expected to
commence on 8th June 2006. The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares
in issue.

Following the admission of such new ordinary shares, there will be 129,811,753
Ordinary Shares of £0.01 in issue.
