Creston plc (the "Company")
Issue of Ordinary Shares
The Company received notice from Kerburn Rose Limited for the exercise of 87,826
warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of 95 pence per ordinary
share pursuant to an agreement with Kerburn Rose Limited dated 12 April 2000.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 87,826 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market
for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and
dealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 13 April 2005.
Following admission of the 87,826 new ordinary shares, the issued share capital
of the Company will be 35,018,744 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
