Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange market for listed securities of 530,373 new Ordinary Shares of 10 pence
each in the capital of Creston plc.
The Company has issued today 1,089 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of
options in the Company's Save as You Earn Scheme.
On 14 November 2002 the Company announced that it had entered into an agreement
to purchase EMO Group Limited. The Company has today settled the final deferred
consideration to the vendors by the issue of 529,284 new Ordinary Shares and
loan notes and cash to the amount of £1,048,467.
It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in the
new ordinary shares on 4 July 2006. Following admission the issued share capital
of the Company will be 54,247,282 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each.
Included in the above share issues are awards to certain members of the
Operating Board of Creston plc.
