David Marshall, Chairman of Creston plc, will today make the following statement
at the Company's Annual General Meeting at 1200hrs today:



"I am very pleased to report continued strong trading across the group companies
for the first quarter of the financial year, achieved against a background of
continuing difficult trading conditions.  This performance is ahead of the
Board's expectations and clearly demonstrates the success of our strategy of
only investing in resilient areas of marketing services.  We remain confident of
the future prospects of the Group.
