Board Changes
Creston plc (LSE: CRE), the diversified marketing services group, today
announces Board changes.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Wall as a
non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr Wall is Chief Executive,
Content Division, Virgin Media, the leading entertainment and communications
company, and a non-executive director of ITE Group plc, one of the world's
leading organisers of exhibitions and conferences. Mr Wall's appointment
follows that of Mr Andrew Dougal, who joined the Board on 6 September 2006 as a
non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
The Board also today announces that Mr David Hanger and Mr Peter Cunard will
both step down as non-executive directors at the AGM to be held on 30 July 2007.
Mr Hanger and Mr Cunard have been directors since Creston's inception as a
marketing services company in 2001 and have provided considerable support and
guidance in the past.
Commenting on the appointments, David Marshall, Chairman of Creston plc, said:

him a wealth of experience and expertise which will be invaluable to the Group

There is no other information in respect of Mr Dougal that is required to be
disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
Creston will announce its final results for the year ended 30 March 2007 on
Tuesday 12 June 2007.
