Creston plc (the 'Company')
Grant of Restricted Shares under the Creston Long Term Incentive Plan
The Company announces that on 30 July 2007 the following awards were made to
senior executives under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") in
respect of 41,724 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, which included the following
awards made to executive directors.

Subject to the rules of the Plan and the satisfaction of the performance
conditions, these awards are anticipated to vest three years from the date of
grant.
In addition, Mr. Elgie has existing awards under the Plan of 471,902 ordinary
shares and also has a beneficial interest in 1,397,801 ordinary shares
representing 2.51 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
In addition, Mr. Brien has existing awards under the Plan of 283,315 ordinary
shares and has a beneficial interest in 36,500 ordinary shares representing 0.07
per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
