Grant of Award to Executive Director under the Long Term Incentive Plan |

Creston plc ("Creston" or the "Company") announces that, on 1 April 2014, the Company granted the following conditional share award (the "Award") to an Executive Director under the Creston plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") approved by shareholders in 2005. The Award was granted at a share price of 102.5 pence per ordinary share (being the closing price on the preceding dealing day) as set out below:

The conditional shares subject to the Award granted will vest in five years, and are contingent on the individual's continued employment and stretching performance criteria which are based on the performance of the Group's diluted earnings per share over the three year performance period (being the FY15, FY16 and FY17 financial years) compared to UK gross domestic product.
No consideration will be paid for the contingent shares upon their vesting and the issue of the Award will be subject to the related performance criteria.
