CHL today announces that:

a) Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR), acquired 2,694 common shares;

b) Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert, acquired 3,131 common shares.

The above transactions all took place on 19 May 2023.

Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) now stands at 707,387 common shares.
