CHL today announces that it has received notification form Sir Brian Williamson, a Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"), that on 23 May 2023 he acquired a total of 10,000 common shares. Brian's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 30,000 common shares.
