Directors Holdings
Following the EGM announcement, made by the Company on the 15 October 2003 and
regarding the acquisition of Nelson Bostock Communications Limited and Placing
and Open Offer, defined and detailed in the Circular dated 19 September 2003,
notification has been made that 7,647,591 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been admitted to the Official
List. As a result the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 18,862,955.
Following the increase in Ordinary Shares in issue and under the entitlements to
the Open Offer, the shareholdings of the directors of the Company are as
follows:
