Director's Dealing
The Company was informed on 12 January 2004 that Tim Alderson, Finance Director
has increased his holdings of ordinary shares in the Company by 9,756 ordinary
shares to 172,256 ordinary shares.
He exercised 34,756 warrants to subscribe for 34,756 ordinary shares at a price
of 131 pence per ordinary share on 12 January 2004 and sold 25,000 ordinary
shares at a price of 130 pence per ordinary share on 9 January 2004.
Following these transactions, Mr. Alderson now has a beneficial interest in
172,256 ordinary shares representing 0.79 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company and an interest in nil warrants to subscribe for ordinary
shares.
