Grant of Options
On 30 September 2004 the Board approved the issue of contractual share options
to Don Elgie, Chief Executive and Barrie Brien, Chief Operating & Financial
Officer. The details are as follows:

• 91,145 options over ordinary shares, at an exercise price of 113p
Mr Elgie also has a beneficial interest in 916,129 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 3.64 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital of the company.
Mr Brien also has a beneficial interest in 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of
in the Company representing 0.02 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital of the company.
