Board Changes
Creston plc (LSE: CRE), the Insight and Communications Group, confirms, as
previously announced at its preliminary results, the resignation of David Hanger
and Peter Cunard, Non-Executive Directors, following the Annual General Meeting
held earlier today.
Also announced at the preliminary results Malcolm Wall has been appointed Senior
Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and Andrew
Dougal as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
