Conversion of Convertible Loan Stock
Creston plc announces that following an application for the conversion of
£83,000 Convertible Loan Stock 2000 from Mr V J Moran (a non-executive
director) it has issued 75,455 Ordinary shares of 10p each at 110p.
Application is being made for the 75,455 new Ordinary shares to be listed on
the Official List of the London Stock Exchange and it is hoped that dealing in
these shares can begin on Thursday 13 April 2000.
Following this conversion Mr V J Moran is beneficially interested in 1,540,363
Ordinary shares of 10p each in Creston plc.
