Substantial Shareholding Notification

Western Selection PLC in accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
informed the Company on the 24th October 2003 that following the recent Placing
and Open Offer by the Company Western Selection PLC took up its entitlement to
400,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, and as a result is
interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares representing 9.96% of the current issued
share capital of the Company.
