The Company received a notification on 24 January 2007 from AXA Investment
Managers UK Ltd, on behalf of AXA S.A. and its Group Companies, informing it
that they have a beneficial interest of 1,756,138 shares representing 3.15% and
a non-beneficial interest of 3,911,717 ordinary shares representing 7.02% giving
a total aggregate holding of 5,667,855 shares representing 10.17% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
