The holding of 2,850,000 (5.12%) was previously managed by AXA Framlington.  On 1st July 2008 these shares were transferred to the new fund manager, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. The holding has been reduced to 2,279,626 due to a sale of 570,374 shares on 7th July 2008.
