Creston plc (the "Company")
Issue of Ordinary Shares
On the 12 January 2004, being the last business day in the subscription period
of 42 days commencing on the publication of Creston's interim report on 2
December 2003, the Company has received £115,437 pursuant to the exercise of
88120 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 88,120 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the Official List
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market
for listed securities. It is expected that admission will take place and
dealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 16 January 2004.
Following admission of the 88,120 new ordinary shares, the issued share capital
of the Company will be 21,987,138 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
